Is this Ofsted-approved?
No, and nobody can honestly say that about admin templates. Setting Sorted isn't connected to Ofsted, the DfE or any council. These are admin templates for fees, places and paperwork. Always check the current EYFS framework, the DfE guidance and your local authority's agreement.
Do you cover safeguarding, ratios or health?
No. Those come from the EYFS, your local authority and your own policies. We stick to business admin: fees, invoices, waiting lists, rotas and parent letters.
Can I share it with another setting?
Please do! Send them to this page so they get their own copy and any updates. It's how most settings find us.
How it works
- Email [email protected] and ask for the kit.
- We'll send it to you as soon as it's ready.
- Print it, or just the pages you need.
Pass it on
Most settings find helpers through a friend. If you know another setting drowning in paperwork, share this page with them.
These are plain links. They don't track you and we don't see who you share with.
Please read: not legal or regulatory advice
Setting Sorted makes admin templates to save you time. They don't cover safeguarding, health, ratios or other regulatory requirements, and they aren't approved by Ofsted. Rules change, so please check the current guidance yourself:
- Early years foundation stage (EYFS) frameworks (gov.uk)
- Early education and childcare: statutory guidance, including what providers can charge for (gov.uk)
- Free childcare for working parents (gov.uk)
- Ofsted (gov.uk)
- Your local authority's early years team and provider agreement
