Ads & affiliate disclosure

Last updated: 9 October 2026

Tidyfront (including our pages Graft Desk, Glow & Own It, Tills & Tables, Made & Posted and Setting Sorted) is free to use. We pay for it partly by recommending a small number of software tools through affiliate links. If you sign up or pay through one of those links, we may earn a commission. It never costs you more. Sometimes you get a discount we couldn't otherwise offer.

How we label it

  • Social posts, stories, Reels and Pins: any post that contains or points to an affiliate link starts with "Ad", before anything else, so you know before you engage.
  • Emails: each affiliate link is labelled [Ad] right next to the link, and the email explains our relationship with the company.
  • This website: affiliate links are labelled Ad where they appear.
  • Our own products (the template packs) are ours. We say so plainly whenever we mention them.

Who we're affiliates of

At the time of writing we may earn commission from:

  • systeme.io: a recurring commission on paid plans for as long as the customer stays subscribed.
  • Kit (formerly ConvertKit): a commission on paid plans for a limited period.
  • beehiiv: a commission on paid plans for a limited period.
  • Shopify: a one-off referral fee if a referred business starts a paid plan.

We don't earn anything from Canva or the other tools we mention without a label. Setting Sorted (our early years page) doesn't currently earn commission from any nursery or childcare software. If that changes, we'll add it here and label every link Ad.

How we choose what to recommend

  • We only recommend tools we think genuinely fit the audience, and we point out the limits and costs as well as the benefits.
  • Free plans and prices change. We check them before recommending, but always check the provider's pricing page before you sign up.
  • Commission never changes what we say about a product. If something stops being a good fit, we stop recommending it.
  • We never make income or earnings claims about any tool or about our own products.

Rules we follow

We follow the UK Advertising Codes (CAP Code) and the ASA's guidance on affiliate marketing and influencer advertising, and UK consumer protection law (the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024), as enforced by the ASA and the CMA.

AI use

We use AI tools to help research, draft and design our content. A person reviews everything before it's published. Where we publish realistic AI-generated images, video or audio, we label them using the platform's AI label.
